Another week has gone

Another week has gone by...able to shoot...no problem in my hand....but...my shooting is horrible...went like a shot gun shot...I have to train myself to shoot better...have to...i miss the times where I am able to shoot several arrows into the yellow ring...now...i'm unable to...i have to be more precise and accurate.....
